Please fill out the form below to start a service ticket. If you are currently under warranty, your repairs will likely be made at no charge to you. Below we have outlined our Warranty Terms. In case your warranty has expired, our labor rates are listed below.

SERVICES COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

• NEW PAVER AND WALL INSTALLATION: 5 years from the date of installation. Covers any defects in workmanship, exceptions may apply.*
• OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Block work has 5 years from date of installation. The Appliances default to the Manufacturer's warranty. 
• LANDSCAPE LIGHTING: 1 year from date of installation. Covers diagnosis and repair of malfunctioning light fixtures or lighting systems, including replacement of light fixtures as needed. Bulb or LED replacements are not covered.
• PLANT MATERIAL: 1 year from date of installation. Covers trees and shrubs only. There is no warranty on perennials, ornamental grasses and ground covering. 
• WATER FEATURES: 1 years from date of installation.

SERVICES NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

• FIRE FEATURES: Fire Feature caps may become damaged over time due to the heat of the fire. A metal insert is REQUIRED. Gas fire features must be covered when not in use to keep water out of the brass tubing.
• SITE RESTORATION: There is no warranty on topsoil and seeding. The Homeowner is responsible for watering the seeded area daily until the lawn is established. 
• NATURAL STONE MATERIALS (PATIOS OR WALLS)
• HARDSCAPE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• ANY TOUCH-UP OR REPAIR WORK
