At Bahler Brothers, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties tailored to each service we provide. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of what’s covered.
New Hardscape Installation
Coverage: 5 years from installation
Includes: Workmanship-related issues and material defects. Exceptions may apply.
Decks
Coverage: 5 years from installation
Includes: Workmanship-related issues and material defects. Exceptions may apply.
Outdoor Kitchens
Coverage: 5 years from installation
Includes: Block work and countertops. Appliances are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Landscape Lighting
Coverage: 1 year from installation
Includes: Diagnosis and repair of faulty fixtures or system issues. Fixture or transformer replacement if needed.
Plant Material
Coverage: 1 year from installation
Includes: Trees and shrubs
Water Features
Coverage: 1 year from installation
Includes: Workmanship-related issues in the feature’s construction. Pump is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusions: Certain services and conditions are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, fire features, site restoration, natural stone, hardscape cleaning and maintenance, and any touch-up or repair work. Additionally, damage caused by weather, pests, improper maintenance, third-party interference, as well as normal wear and tear may not be elibile for coverage.
Request a Service Visit
If your project needs a touch-up, minor repair, or general maintenance that falls outside of our warranty coverage, we’re happy to help. Our team can schedule a service visit to assess and address the issue promptly.
Touch-Up Service Rates:
$185 for the first hour per person, plus $106 for each additional hour per person. Material costs, if required, will be added to the final invoice.
